Returns & Refund Policy
At Mayfly Container, we take pride in providing top-quality steel cabins, shipping containers, jackleg cabins, and modified containers to our customers in Australia. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a straightforward Return and Refund Policy to ensure your peace of mind.
1. Returns:
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact our customer service team at support@mayflycontainers.com to initiate a return and receive further instructions.
2. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at support@mayflycontainers.com to initiate an exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the original item and process the exchange.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

5. Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
